You need a perfect balanced diet, which is the main ingredient for body fitness, Apart from that, exercise only play 25% role in the body fitness and other 25% came from a rest, a complete sleep of at least 8 hours."

      Diet Plan For Weight Loss
When it comes to fitness, diet is the number .1 priority for me. So many people follow different diet plans. Some don't eat rice during the night, as some eat less in the night, and some follow a protein-rich diet like that. But I don't do any of these things.

I follow an old-fashioned diet plan as we do many many years ago. I count the calorie of my everyday meals. I follow that. By saying calorie count I mean, That every human being will lose at least 2000 calories a day. I'm not counting exercise, just by doing normal things like going for our everyday work. It may differ from person to person but we can assume that it will be around or near to 2000 calories a day.

Now, If you lose 2000 calorie in one day. So what amount do we eat? So if we eat 2000 calorie in one day. Then you not gonna lose any weight or gain any weight. It will remain the same. If you lose 2000 and eat 1500, then it will be a deficit of 500 calories every day. If you lose 3500 calories from your body in one week. In the end, you will lose 1 pound of weight with a deficit of losing 3500 calories.

Suppose If you raise it to 1000 calories lost in one day by walking for almost 7km a day, In the process, you will lose extra 500 calories by walking. Now if we count it for one week, then the figure will be 7000 calories a week. Now you lose 2 pounds in one week.

Its a combination of a Balanced Diet.  Everything in equal proportion if we talk about, Fat, Carbohydrate, Protein. You also need fiber, sodium etc.

So in term of calories, the diel plan will be, your 20% calories come from Fat, I mean healthy fat. 30% comes from protein, and 50% is carbohydrates.

      Complete Plan:

Normal human being eat almost - 2000 calories in one day
Normal human being lost - 2000 calories (by doing normal daily work)

      If you eat 2000 - lose 2000
      Nor weight gain or lost

If you eat - 1500 calories in one day
      And, lose - 2000 calories
In one week - you lose 3500 calories
      Means
In one week - You Lose 1 Pound

      In addition
If you lose - 500 calories More
By walking - For 6-7 Km
You Lose - another 3500 Calories (In one Week)

      Means
You now lose 2 Pound (In just one week)

      Diet Plan For Weight Gain
Now if you want to increase weight then you will do the exact opposite of it. Now if you lose 2000 calorie then eat 3000 calories. That's the way you will increase your weight.
