Who is Shloka Mehta?
Shloka Mehta is the younger daughter of Russel Mehta, one of India's top-6 diamond businessmen (MD at rosy blue india). According to sources, She is going to marry Akash Ambani, eldest son of Mukesh Ambani , the richest person in Asia, both are slated to marry later this year.
Shloka completed her schooling from Dhirubhai Ambani International School in 2009. After that she went abroad to study Anthropology from Princeton University of America. She did her masters in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She moved back to India in 2014 and her father put her in charge of running Rosy Blue Foundation. She is the Director of Blue Foundation since July 2014.
Apart from that, she is also socially active in helping poor children across India. She is involved in the the organization called Shloka Connector or ConnectFor. She is the co-founder of the organisation which helps NGOs.

Shloka Russell Mehta is youngest of three children of Russell Mehta (Father) and Mona Mehta (Mother). Sha has one elder brother and one elder sister.
Her elder sister Diya is married to Ayush Jatia, is from Mumbai and graduated from Economics at New York University. They are settled in Manhattan, New York.
Her brother is happily married to Nisha Mehta. They lives in Hong Kong.

It was first called as "B. Arunkumar & Co.", established by Arunkumar Mehta and his brother-in-law. Arun Mehta's oldest sons joined the business, It helps increasing the family buisness and it network increased to more than 7,000 employees. In 1973, Mehta youngest son Dilip Mehta joined the business and become head of the new company, which took its name from the rare pinkish-blue diamond, today called as Rosy Blue.
As the time goes by, the become trusted and successful player in the diamond industry. The Rosy Blue Alliance has presence in 12 countries around the world. It has business alliance entities in South Africa, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Hong Kong.
"Rosy Blue is a 'family corporation'. We have evolved differently from most diamond companies, which are managed by the core family. We have trained and groomed professionals to take over key job of trading diamonds which I don't think many other companies have done. This allowed us to scale up," says Mehta.

As a responsible citizen of India, Shloka Mehta really wants to do something for the society. She has a passion to contribute to the society and her main aim is to educate poor children back when she was in school.
She was involved in volunteer work through high school and college. Especially interested in education, she studied the ‘Right To Education’ Act as part of her dissertation. She says,
I found myself completely frustrated by its simplicity and lack of real attention to the issue of quality education. I was particularly upset by the idea that government school teachers couldn’t ever be fired, and that you couldn’t fail a child until the eighth grade regardless of their actual learning level. I started thinking about options that had a greater potential to enable change.
She founded 'Connect For' along with her junior fellow from school, Maniti Modi in 2010. At first it was started as a charitable firm but than she converted it into a philanthropic organisation to just focus on the education of the children.
